  11. Does ANYONE access with IDT?? If so how has your service been? I have
  12. been approached to use them and they guarantee my access speed of
  13. 28.8, I like this as I am currently all over the range for connect
  14. speed. (19.2 to 26.4) Thany you for your comments!
